Reactive nitric acid (HNO3) is used in the printing industry, in the production of medicinal substances and as reagents. Reactive nitric acid is obtained by water absorption of nitrous gases formed in the process of ammonia oxidation with air oxygen in the presence of a catalyst. Nitric acid is a colorless or slightly yellowish smudge liquid. Produced in compliance with GOST 4461-77 and has following grades: “clear”, “clear for analysis” and “chemically pure”.

Reactive nitric acid is poured and transported in 20-litre glass bottles, set in polyethylene barrels.
Product is stored in covered storage rooms; joint storage and transportation of nitric acid with organic compounds, flammable liquids and combustibles are prohibited. Shelf life – 6 months.
