Sulfuric acid(H2SO4) is mainly used in the production of wet-process phosphoric acid in companies, which produce mineral fertilizers. It is also used in the production of synthetic and natural fiber, paint, foodstuff, leather working, etc.
There are the following grades of sulfuric acid:
- Improved sulfuric acid;
- Commercial sulfuric acid, 1st grade.

Strong sulphuric acid is transported and stored in steel, plastic or glass containers. Acid corrosiveness is increased at reducing the concentration.
Shelf life – 1 month from the date of production. After the end of guarantee period, the acid keeps its chemical properties under storage in sealed container.
