Technical liquid oxygen is non-toxic, non-flammable and explosion-proof; but as strong oxidizer, technical liquid oxygen hardly increases burning ability of other materials.
Technical liquid oxygen is transported in special tanks by all transport means, in compliance with dangerous goods regulations, applied to this type of transport means.
