Responding to our stakeholders
Our dialogue with stakeholders takes place as part of our day-to-day operations. The dialogue is normally formal, planned, structured and documented. The focus will be different where we are developing a new asset, as opposed to existing operations. However, in all cases we communicate internally and with external parties such as the relevant government authorities, regulators and local community representatives.
The frequency and type of contact with stakeholders will vary depending on the nature of our activity and their particular interests. For example, each site has a community investment committee consisting of EuroChem managers and local representatives that identifies projects in local towns and surrounding regions.
The committees meet regularly and the individuals involved also have frequent and informal dialogue as projects progress.
All engagement is recorded, along with the views of stakeholders and action taken where required. The key topics of concern raised by our stakeholder groups are reflected in this section.
