Zug, Switzerland, 1 June 2017 – EuroChem Group AG (“EuroChem” or the “Group”), a leading global fertilizer company, today announces that Dmitry Sokov, Head of its Russian subsidiary, MCC EuroChem, has left the company for personal reasons. The Board wishes Mr Sokov well for the future.

Igor Schelkunov, EuroChem’s Oil & Gas Director and Administrative Director, has been appointed as Head of MCC EuroChem to manage its day-to-day operations. He will report to the Group’s CEO, Dmitry Strezhnev, who continues to oversee the Russian part of business as Chairman of its Board.
