Oleg will replace Sergey Tverdokhleb, who, as Deputy General Director, will continue to work on development projects for JSC MCC EuroChem and will ensure coordination of its functional divisions with the relevant services of EuroChem Group.

Oleg Shiryaev joined EuroChem in 2019 and during this time brought the management and strategic development of the Mining Division and Fertilizer Division facilities to a new level, as well as enhanced the work of the teams implementing large capital projects. Since March 2022, Oleg Shiryaev has headed the company’s Operations as First Deputy General Director.

Since 2021, Oleg Shiryaev has been responsible for several international assets: in particular, he became the director of EuroChem Antwerpen NV (Belgium), and participated in business development of assets in Brazil and Lithuania.
