Oleg will continue to lead EuroChem in Russia as General Director of MCC EuroChem, while also being responsible for the Group’s international strategy in South America, Europe, Central Asia and the Middle East.

Oleg Shiryaev joined EuroChem as Head of the Mining Division in 2019. He oversaw efficiency improvement projects, including development in Kazakhstan (Karatau region).

In 2020, he became Head of the Large Capital Projects Division, was responsible for the implementation of infrastructure and production initiatives. In 2021, he was appointed Head of the Fertilizer Division, and then Chief Operating Officer of EuroChem Russia.

Since 2021, Oleg Shiryaev’s focus in the company has shifted to international assets: he became the director of EuroChem Antwerpen NV (Belgium), and participated in business development of assets in Brazil, Kazakhstan and Lithuania.
