Kazakhstan Farmers Grow with EuroChem
Daniyar Nurtazanov, an agronomist from Kazakhstan, with EuroChem AgroCenter, prevents soil depletion in the arid climate and cultivating sunflower, barley, and wheat.
Daniyar Nurtazanov has accumulated over 25 years of experience in the field. Currently, sunflower is the primary crop on his plot in eastern Kazakhstan and a pivotal crop in the country’s agricultural sector. This plant is known to deplete many nutrients from the soil, so it is essential to replenish macronutrients such as sulfur. EuroChem’s Sulfoammophos NPS 20-20+14S and Croplex® NPS 12-40+10S are the solution to this problem.
EuroChem AgroCenter in Kazakhstan aims to “be present in the fields” and communicate in a way that resonates with local farmers. To achieve this, we launched a Kazakh-language website that features descriptions of the fertilizers available in the country’s market, their formulas, compositions, and crop-specific recommendations. EuroChem’s local websites in the CIS region offer content in Armenian and Azerbaijani languages to ensure comprehensive regional coverage.
From the outset of our collaboration, we have consistently achieved the results we expected from a macronutrient supplier. The primary benefits we offer include quality products, reliable delivery, and around-the-clock customer support. We spend the majority of our day working in the fields and it is imperative that our supplier is available even late in the evening.Daniyar NurtazanovAgronomist
Our AgroCenter specialists offer consultations to farmers on fertilization programs, application timing, and dosages. We seek to ensure a seamless and efficient customer journey, offering expert guidance and flexible delivery options.
The delivery of fertilizers to the region where Daniyar operates has become even faster with the opening of a warehouse in Ust-Kamenogorsk. Now EuroChem’s distribution network in Kazakhstan comprises over 30 warehouses. We are developing logistics across various regions of the country to ensure customers no longer have to choose between product quality and delivery time.
Stability Under Any Conditions
In 2025, nearly 100 partners participated in training sessions organized by EuroChem AgroCenter in Kazakhstan. The agenda encompassed a comprehensive overview of plant nutrition fundamentals, addressing critical topics such as the utilization of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and complex fertilizers. Our experts also delved into regional application specifics and highlighted the distinctive attributes of select EuroChem products, including the water-soluble Aqualis® line. This fertilizer was used in the “Profitable Hectare” competition, where EuroChem took first place in the “Yield and Economics” category.
Winning is an important validation of the effectiveness of our solutions. Our company is dedicated to the development of innovative, balanced fertilizers that demonstrate consistent performance across a variety of climatic conditions. Aqualis® is a prime example of this commitment, delivering consistent results and a notable increase in yield even in challenging farming conditions.Ruslan RakhymbaevHead of Sales at EuroChem AgroCenter Kazakhstan
According to the Kazakhstan’s National Development Plan until 2029, over 75% of the country’s agricultural soils may be subject to degradation. The condition of these plants depends on a number of factors, including the timely and balanced application of mineral fertilizers.
In 2025, at KazAgro, the largest agricultural exhibition in Central Asia, EuroChem introduced Croplex® NPS 12-40+10S, a new fertilizer for the country. This product is specifically formulated for the initial nutrition of cereal and oilseed crops. The effectiveness of this product is based on the optimal combination of nitrogen, phosphorus, and two forms of sulfur, which promotes active root system development and the formation of high-quality yields.
