EuroChem elects Clark Bailey to the Management Board

Moscow, Russia – EuroChem, Russia’s largest mineral fertilizer producer, today announces the election of Clark Bailey to the Management Board of the Company.

The Board of Directors of Eurochem has made changes to the composition of the Management Board. Clark Bailey was elected to the Board. On 15 February, 2013, Clark joined Eurochem in a newly created position of the Director of Mining to oversee the mining activity operations of strategic interest for the Company’s development, which currently includes the development of two potash deposits in Russia (Volgograd and Perm regions), the Kovdorskiy GOK phosphate rock and iron ore mining facility and a phosphate rock project in Kazakhstan.

Prior to EuroChem, Clark worked at PotashCorp as Senior Vice President, Projects and Technical Services from 2007 to 2012, as well as Director & General Manager – Capital Projects (PCS Nitrogen) and Vice President, Operations (PCS Nitrogen). Prior to his 16 years at PotashCorp, Clark spent 15 years at Fish Engineering & Construction Inc.

Clark Bailey is a mechanical engineer, a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, and a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).
