Moscow, Russia, June 1, 2018  –  EuroChem Group AG announces that RAEX rating agency (Expert RA) has awarded the Group’s MCC EuroChem subsidiary a credit rating of ruA+, with stable outlook.

The Russian national credit rating allows JSC MCC EuroChem to continue participating in the rouble bond market. Given the critical importance and amount of its assets, as well as the operating cashflow of this subsidiary, the rating agency was commissioned to evaluate solvency of MCC EuroChem based on Group’s consolidated reporting.

According to EuroChem’s consolidated IFRS reporting, assets of the company at the date of reporting amounted to US$ 9.9bn, while capital amounted to US$ 4.4bn. 2017 revenue was US$ 4.9bn, and net profit amounted to US$ 453m.
