In Brazil, EuroChem co-finances professional development programs for those who want to upgrade their skills and enroll into universities to get a degree in engineering or chemistry.

Currently, 99 employees participate in EuroChem Brazil Continuing Education Program, with one-third of them receiving higher engineering education.
